Brant Phillips

Co-founder of Houston Capital Home Buyers is a full time investor, author and speaker. His journey in real estate began over a decade ago when he began investing in rental properties while still working his full-time job.

As an investor he has purchased, rehabbed, rented and sold hundreds of homes for himself as well as his partners with great success. He mentors, coaches and supports new as well as experienced real estate investors to reach their own real estate investing success.

Brant is a former police officer who prides himself on integrity and serving others. He is a loving and devoted husband, father of five; recently they adopted a new beautiful baby a great addition to his family.

Brant has a BA in criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
